Comentario:
Al abrigo de los Balcanes, la Selección española debutaba contra Noruega en un Campeonato de Europa que se había hecho de rogar más de dos años. Y la ilusión de las nuestras se trasladó al verde con fútbol, dominio del balón, intensidad en el choque contra las noruegas, y ocasiones. Empezó todo con dos tiros cruzados de Lucía Corrales en respuesta al ataque rival que terminó con un paradón de Sofía Fuente.
Y a los 26′, una maravillosa internada de Vicky López la culminó Carla Camacho ganando la posición para revolverse en el área y fusilar a la meta rival.
Tras el descanso llegó la pausa en el juego de España, que comenzó circulando más el esférico. Y en los primeros minutos de reanudación, en salida desde el extremo, Vicky López se inventó una jugada personal que acabó con chut y el segundo de la Selección española.
Kenio Gonzalo movió el banquillo y los cambios le dieron resultado. Laia Martret hizo el tercero en un tiro lejano y potente, tras conducción. Y a poco del final, Jone Amezaga estuvo a punto de hacer el cuarto tras un centro lateral. Pero fue Lucía Corrales la que firmó el cuarto para certificar un magnífico trabajo durante todo el choque.
En el otro partido del grupo B, Francia se impuso a Finlandia por dos goles a cero. Las finlandesas serán el próximo rival de España, este próximo día 6 de mayo, a partir de las 17:30 horas.
